Neon Destiny Network ("we", "us", or "our") is committed to protecting the privacy and security of our customers' data. This Privacy Policy details how we collect, store, process, and protect your personal information when you use our website hosting, game server hosting, bot hosting, and billing systems.

2. Information We Collect

We collect the following types of information to provide and secure our hosting services:

  • Account Information: Name, email address, password hashes, and account settings when you sign up.
  • Integration & SSO Metadata: Discord user ID, username, and authentication tokens if you link your Discord account or use NeonLogin SSO.
  • Billing and Transactional Data: Invoices, transaction history, and subscription details. Payment card processing is handled entirely by our secure third-party processors (Square and Ko-fi). We do not collect or store full credit card numbers or security codes on our servers.
  • Technical Data & Log Files: IP addresses, browser types, server access logs, and query history collected for network performance monitoring, system diagnostics, and security mitigation.
  • Hosted Content: Files, databases, configurations, and game files uploaded to your hosted servers.

3. How We Use Your Information

We process your personal information for the following purposes:

  • Provisioning, maintaining, and scaling your web and game hosting servers.
  • Managing your billing account, processing payments, and generating invoices.
  • Sending critical account notifications, ticket updates, and password reset links.
  • Detecting, preventing, and mitigating network abuse, DDoS attacks, fraud, or terms of service violations.

4. Data Retention

We retain your account data and hosting files for as long as your service subscription remains active. If your account is closed or terminated due to non-payment, we will permanently purge all server contents, databases, and backup files from our nodes after a grace period of seven (7) days to ensure data security.

5. Third-Party Disclosures & Integrations

We do not sell, rent, or lease your personal information. We disclose data only to our verified integration partners necessary to run our platform, specifically:

  • Square / Ko-fi: For secure payment execution and subscription management.
  • Discord API: For linking support tickets, managing user roles, and publishing automated stream notifications.
  • Law Enforcement: If required by law, subpoena, or to protect the safety and rights of our network.

6. Your Rights and Controls

You have the right to access, edit, export, or delete the personal data associated with your customer portal account. If you wish to request permanent deletion of your account or personal information, please submit a support ticket or contact us at computerwhiz@neondestiny.com. We will process your deletion request within thirty (30) days.
